Sean-square are together and Sean checked out Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Shaun has played a lot of Borderlands, but wasn't at the event. Sean played the level with Claptrap. He is lower to the ground, and it sounds like he is rolling. It's not like Oddjob!
Claptrap has several distinct abilities. He has been infected with malware. One of the abilities is a disco ball, or holding a bomb. Some of the abilities aren't as good. One is really awful, that makes everyone bouncing all over the place! One has Claptrap turning into a pirate ship with cannons and a silly hat! Sean thinks the whole point of playing as Claptrap is for the personality.
Shaun asks if it is a sequel or prequel. It is somewhere in between. It is based on the moon, so there are less environments, but new abilities based on the gravity. There are a diverse cast of characters and a strong story. The changes are minor, and most of the game is based on all the previous mechanics. Sean discusses the grinder, which grinds your bad weapons, and gives you a better weapon.
